Comment from Dai-san:

This time, I will introduce my hometown, Ji’an City, China. Ji’an is historically connected to Japan through the Jizhou Kiln, known for producing beautiful Tenmoku tea wares that were highly valued in Japanese tea culture. Alongside this cultural connection, I will share stories about Ji’an’s geography, spicy food culture, the sweet New Year snack dongmitang, and my senior high school—Bailuzhou Academy, which has a history of over 800 years. To make the experience more immersive, many kinds of local spicy and sweet snacks will be provided for tasting. Join me on this flavorful and cultural journey to Ji’an!
