Tropical Forest Environments 1

This class will review the basics and latest scientific understanding of forest ecosystems and the environment in the tropics. We will discuss how to apply such knowledge to the conservation of tropical forest biodiversity and natural resources at the global level. Lectures & discussion will be in English. Starting the second meeting, there will be reading assignments from reviews, reports and peer-reviewed papers in English.
